Joe served over 30 years in federal service as a Commissioned Naval Aviator and civil servant at the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Communications Commission. Joy dedicated 25+ years to federal service, civil rights, disaster management, and child advocacy.

Their paths crossed in 2021 during a joint project on locative technology. Today, their combined expertise empowers organizations to navigate challenges with confidence.
