Meet Joe & Joy
Joe and Joy bring valuable experience leading high-impact, high-stakes initiatives. Joe spent over 30 years in the federal arena as a Commissioned Naval Aviator, followed by key roles at the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission. Joy brings 25+ years of expertise in disaster management, federal operations, and child advocacy through her work in government and nonprofit sectors.
Their paths crossed in 2021 during a joint project on locative technology related to vulnerable populations that go missing. Today, they leverage their expertise to help organizations committed to building a safer world.
